SheIS exists to illuminate hope, inspire purpose, and empower women to grow spiritually, personally, and professionally.

We are committed to creating a safe space where women can connect authentically, encourage one another, build meaningful relationships, and become the women God has called them to be. Through mentorship, education, service, and sisterhood, we strive to strengthen individuals, families, and communities—one woman at a time.

Our Vision

 To cultivate a global community of women who are spiritually grounded, emotionally healthy, professionally confident, and committed to making a lasting impact in their homes, workplaces, churches, and communities. We envision every woman discovering her God-given purpose, walking boldly in it, and empowering others to do the same. 

Founded in 2018 by Stacie Shiver, SheIS was born from a passion to create a community where women feel seen, valued, and empowered.

After years of mentoring, teaching, leading teams, and overcoming personal challenges, Stacie envisioned an organization that would bring women together through faith, encouragement, accountability, and service. What began as a vision has grown into a movement dedicated to helping women discover their purpose, strengthen their confidence, and positively impact the lives of others.

SheIS is a program of The Willie Shiver Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to strengthening communities through education, leadership development, mentorship, and charitable outreach.

Through the Foundation, SheIS serves as a platform dedicated to empowering women while advancing initiatives that promote personal growth, professional development, wellness, and community impact.
